Hey Repo Nation, a few important notes about events & schedule...

1. Kids camp begins next week (M, W, F @ 4 o'clock) which means there will be NO 4 o'clock class for the next two weeks. See Corey baby or Kacie doggie for details (there is still room in older group).

2. Strong Woman Joan Olson is seeking battle hardened strong &  angry ladies and men for a Tug-o-War Competition in Glenwood at Duffy's on July 26th at 4PM. 5 Person He-Men or He-Women Teams, winning teams take home $500. Free to join. Contact Joan or Repo Staff for details.  

3. Theresa Streich is planning a paddle boarding event following the Sat Wod on Aug 9th. Contact Theresa for more details and if you are interested. (last year it turned into an all out sea battle)
